Tiara 35 Express Features

LAYOUT

This Tiara 3500 has a master forward berth with storage below the bed, hanging locker, and additional storage. The convertible portside dinette seats five with a removable seat. The starboard galley features Corian countertops, recessed two-burner electric stove, S.S. sink, toast maker, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, and lots of storage. A tall hanging locker separates the galley from the L-shaped lounge - which is also convertible to a queen-size berth and has a wrap-around privacy curtain. The full fiberglass head is to port and features molded-in sink with storage below, mirror, and vanity with storage compartment.  Solid teak and holly flooring create a beautiful accent to this spacious living quarters.

COCKPIT

The cockpit is designed for comfort and convenience. The helm is a “heads up” fiberglass tilt-away helm station with full flush mount electronics. The double wide helm seat with optional power adjustment is comfortable and sits high, providing clear visibility while idling or throttling up and cruising. The forward facing companion lounge, with tons of storage, sits right next to the helm seat and provides ample seating for four adults to enjoy the comfortable ride. There is chart storage, drink holders, and glove box adjacent to the helm, and the bronze acrylic sliding companion door with lock sits to the port. 

AFT DECK

A wet bar with sink and ice maker sits to starboard behind the helm seat. Across the transom there is a molded-in lounge with storage and a removable insulated cooler below. Dual molded-in transom steps with hinged S.S. gates makes entering the cockpit with remote lighting ensures safe footing. There is a large transom storage trunk with approximately 95 cubic feet of storage space. The canvas curtains and isinglass have been totally refurbished.

ENGINE ROOM/ELECTRICAL

The diesel engines are two new Cummins 6BTA 5.9-M3, 2020 (only 50 hours on each engine!!), which makes them as good as new. And they are rated at 370 hp each.  These power plants provide a cruise speed of 31.1 mph and an estimated range of 299 nautical miles.  There is a Teleflex hydraulic steering system with 22" S.S. destroyer wheel, high speed bronze axe head rudders and struts, Racor fuel filters, water cooled shaft logs, fresh water cooling on the main engines, twin Verney mufflers, a Quiet Tone underwater exhaust Armco Aquamet 19 S.S. prop shafts, and the list goes on!

An array of safety equipment is: Cockpit lighting, automatic bilge pumps, hand-held fire extinguishers.  The electrical system features a custom 12V and 120V master distribution panel with Plexiglas door, amp meter, reverse polarity indicator, two 30 amp plugs  and 1 50' 30 amp shore power cord, a two bank 12V battery system with gel cell batteries, and battery charger.
